October 31 tap list
Jibiiru Bar Marumugi, a beer pub located on the second floor of Ichibankan Building in Arakicho, Shinjuku, Tokyo, has announced its October 31 lineup. The selection brings together aromatic autumn beers, approachable classics, and a seasonal fruit beer.
The strongest beer on the list is MOONLIGHT IPA from Minami-Shinshu Beer in Nagano. At 7.0% ABV, it is described as an IPA with a floral aroma and a lingering finish, making it a suitable choice for drinkers looking for a fuller experience.
From Mojiko Retro Beer in Fukuoka, Oktoberfestbier comes in at 6.0% ABV. Its deeper flavor is attributed to extended maturation, offering a lager intended to be enjoyed slowly.
Shima Brewing’s Brown IPA, from Mie, has an ABV of 6.5%. Roasted malt character and expressive hop notes are presented together in a beer with considerable depth. Ise Kadoya Beer’s Classic Pale Ale is 5.0% ABV, combining a floral aroma with a substantial malt profile and approachable drinkability.
The seasonal highlight is Minoh Beer’s Japanese Peach Weizen, Kawanakajima Hakuto Ver. At 5.0% ABV, it is made with the final peaches of the year and offers a fragrant peach character alongside the soft texture associated with wheat beer.
Prices are ¥1,300 for a large serving and ¥1,000 for a small serving. Marumugi is closed on Tuesdays and public holidays. Guests should check with the venue in advance regarding availability and opening conditions.
