At the beer specialty bar "vivo! BEER+DININGBAR" near Ikebukuro East Exit, three refreshing fruit-based beers were newly tapped today. True to the shop, which offers 20 draft beers, the lineup is easy to stop by for even if you just want one light drink.

Newly Tapped Beers

- Minami Shinshu Beer "Apple Hop Kougyoku"
A fruit beer characterized by the fresh aroma of Kougyoku apples and a crisp, refreshing acidity.
- DevilCraft "Deep Red Groove"
A fruit sour ale made with blueberries, red raspberries, and blackberries, offering a gentle acidity.
- Moriyamaen "Tekikaka Cider"
A cider with a refreshing drinkability, bringing out the sharp bitterness and acidity of thinned apples.

The taps inside the shop feature a wide range of styles, including IPA, hazy, stout, weizen, and Belgian white. Not only the new fruit beers, but also the ability to choose according to your mood is part of the appeal. If you're pairing beer with food, seasonal menu items like appetizers made with zucchini and snap peas, or a pizza topped with whitebait and sakura shrimp, also sound like a great match.

The shop has also announced plans for a 16th anniversary event from 4/22 (Wed) to 4/26 (Sun). The announcement includes two original beers being tapped, commemorative stickers being handed out, and rare beers from related breweries being served, so the anniversary week is likely to draw a lot of attention. Hours are Monday opening at 4 p.m. and Tuesday closed, so it's best to check the business information before visiting.
