Beer Bar Marble in Tempaku Ward, Nagoya, announced Mya Brew's new beer, “Star Sand from Southern Cross.” The current five-keg lineup includes the NZ-style Hazy IPA alongside house beers and guest taps.
Beer Bar Marble, a sister bar to Mya Brew in Ueda Minami, Tempaku Ward, Nagoya, posted its current draft lineup. The bar opens at 5 p.m. and the list mixes house beers with guest pours, making it an easy place to compare different styles side by side.
The highlight is Mya Brew's new beer, “Star Sand from Southern Cross.” It is an NZ-style Hazy IPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka, and the post highlights a silky texture from Mosaic Cryo along with tropical fruit, lime, and herbal notes. The beer is 6.5% ABV and 16 IBU, so it looks designed as a hop-forward beer for warmer weather.
The five beers currently on tap are:
- GOse WOMEN / Contemporary Honey & Lemon Gose / Mya Brew
- Star Sand from Southern Cross / NZ style Hazy IPA / Mya Brew
- Freestyle / Experimental Helles / Yokohama Bay Brewing
- Eight Star Apple / Graf w/ star anise / Mya Brew
- AUSSIE PALE ALE / Pale Ale / TWO RABBITS BREWING
The lineup combines Mya Brew originals such as a gose and a graf with guest kegs from Yokohama Bay Brewing and TWO RABBITS BREWING. That mix gives the bar a broad range of flavors in one visit. June 4 is listed as Amika Day, with opening hours from 6 p.m. to midnight, making it a straightforward stop for an after-work pint.
