Inkhorn Brewing in Mejiro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, has shared the lineup for Day 2 of its 5th anniversary event. The gathering will be held at the brewery's tasting room on June 18, from 12:00 to 21:00. Entry is free, and reservations are not accepted.

The food partner for the day is PARLOR OKUMURA, a popular Gakugei-dai spot known for food that pairs naturally with drinks and for drawing beer fans and other regulars alike. According to Inkhorn Brewing, the shop has continued to appear at the brewery over the past year, making this anniversary date a continuation of an established relationship.

For this occasion, the brewery requested "Shish Kebab." The dish features bite-size pieces of meat and vegetables seasoned with spices and grilled on skewers over charcoal or a grill, and it is widely enjoyed across the Middle East and beyond. Inkhorn Brewing says the goal is to enjoy the anniversary beer while pairing it with the aroma of the food and a skewer in hand.

The event notes also set clear house rules: the venue is fully non-smoking, outside food is not allowed during the anniversary period, and the space is small, so guests are asked to share space considerately. Water is recommended to bring along. For beer drinkers in Tokyo, it is a local anniversary event built around food, beer, and the brewery's own tasting room setting.
