The New Beer Is "Golden Experience"

Nutori Brewing will pre-release its new beer, "Golden Experience," on draft. In a post, the brewery said it would be on tap as soon as the venue opens at 2 p.m., and the style is a Rice Golden. It is said to be a radiant golden ale made with rice from Fujimi City, Saitama Prefecture.

This beer is also a collaboration with the beer event "CRAFT BEER HOUSE takasaki '26 Spring." According to the post, it is expected to be available in Takasaki on the 23rd and 24th as well, creating a release that can be enjoyed both in Kawaguchi and in Takasaki. In addition, canned beer is expected to be prepared after the draft release, so the first pour at the shop will come first.

Nutori Brewing is a brewery operating in Kawaguchi, Saitama. According to its official website, it brews beer inside the brewery and also serves "nourishing meals" at its directly managed eatery to pair with the beer. As a small self-brewing brewery, its appeal lies in being able to drink freshly made beer on the spot, and this "Golden Experience" release is a good example of that strength.

In terms of the beer's direction, it is easy to imagine the lightness that comes from rice along with the drinkability typical of a golden ale. The post also describes it as something you can "guzzle and sip smoothly from Saturday afternoon," positioning it as an easygoing beer to enjoy without strain. It is the kind of beer you will want to try first at the Kawaguchi taproom, and then follow at the Takasaki event if you get the chance.
