Minoh Beer, based in Minoh City, Osaka, introduced the craft beer event to be held in Tokyo during the latter half of Golden Week by reposting a post from West Coast Brewing.

The event is called "Craft Beer Invitational at TOKYO MIDTOWN." It will take place over two days, `May 4 (Mon holiday)` and `May 5 (Tue holiday)`, at Midtown Garden in Tokyo Midtown (Roppongi). Admission is free, and beer can be purchased by the glass. Drinks will be served in plastic cups of about 300 mL per pour at the venue, and same-day tickets cost 1,000 yen per ticket (tax included). Advance tickets go on sale on Friday, April 3 at 12:00 p.m. via Peatix, and a limited-edition sticker bonus will also be offered.

The breweries setting up booths are Be Easy Brewing, BLACK TIDE BREWING, BREAK EDGE BEER WORKS, DevilCraft Brewery, Inkhorn Brewing, Kyoto Brewing, Libushi Bashamichi, Bakuzokokobo, Minoh Beer, Oni Densetsu, RIO BREWING & CO., Shiga Kogen Beer, Totopia Brewery, VERTERE, AQ Bevolution, and West Coast Brewing, for a total of 16 companies. In addition to lager-style beers and IPAs, the lineup also includes a "Wild Card" selection that you do not often encounter at regular events, making for a broad and varied tasting experience.

The food booths are expected to feature burritos, beef skewers, barbecue, pizza, tacos, curry, and more, offering plenty of food to enjoy alongside the beer. Minoh Beer is known as one of the leading local breweries in the Kansai region, and once again it will help energize the event alongside popular breweries from across Japan. With a city venue where a diverse range of taps and food can be enjoyed all at once, these two days are shaping up to be unmissable for beer lovers.
