New Release Layering Juiciness and Hop Aroma

Ise Kadoya Beer (ISEKADO), based in Ise City, Mie Prefecture, has announced its new 'Electro Squash Sour IPA.' In the post, it was introduced as a beer with an electrifying impression, putting front and center a tropical sour character built with plenty of fruit juice.

The key point of this new release is that it is designed to be more than simply sweet and tart. By layering IPA-style hop aroma over a fruit sour mouthfeel, it adds complexity to the aroma and finish.
