Eight new arrivals from Ise Kadoya Brewery

Potluck_cbb, a craft beer pub in Shiba, Tokyo, has announced eight new beers from Ise Kadoya Brewery in Mie. The selection focuses on hop-forward beers while also including a smoked farmhouse ale made with dashi and a lower-alcohol session IPA.

- Sakekasu Hazy IPA Zaku Natsu-zake — Hazy IPA, 6.5% ABV
- Iburi Dashi — Smoked Farmhouse Ale w/ Dashi, 5.0% ABV
- Neko no Nomimono — Hazy IPA, 5.5% ABV
- Nikukyū IPA — West Coast IPA, 6.0% ABV
- Hop Nyaon Dai 13 Kantai — DDH Hazy IPA, 7.0% ABV
- Neko Nihiki — New England IPA, 8.0% ABV
- Nō ga Torokeru Ultra Heaven 3×IPA — American Style Triple IPA, 10.0% ABV
- Nō o Yurumeru Minimal Heaven — Session IPA, 3.0% ABV

The 3.0% Session IPA offers an easy starting point, while Neko Nihiki and the 10.0% Triple IPA provide more substantial options. Nikukyū IPA should appeal to fans of a crisp West Coast profile, and Hop Nyaon Dai 13 Kantai highlights the aromatic character associated with double dry-hopping.

Iburi Dashi is the most distinctive choice in the lineup, combining a smoked farmhouse ale format with dashi. It offers a different direction from the hop-heavy beers and could make an interesting food-pairing option.
