Ise Kadoya Beer’s Jinku Brewery posted a preview of its new releases on Instagram on March 30. Starting April 1, two beers will go on sale in its online shop: FC TOKYO PALE ALE, a collaboration with FC Tokyo, and Memory Bouquet.
FC TOKYO PALE ALE
American Pale Ale. Alcohol 5.5%, IBU 40. This beer expresses the club’s attitude through the latest concentrated hop oil, "Hyper Boost," bringing out aromas reminiscent of mango and grapefruit along with a clean bitterness. As a style, it is designed to keep the drinking experience easy to grasp while still letting you clearly feel the character of the hops.
Memory Bouquet
Italian Pilsner. Alcohol 5.0%, IBU 25. Using four types of noble hops, it is said to layer a bouquet-like aroma with delicate flavors reminiscent of lemongrass and honey. It is being introduced as a revival that further refines a recipe loved for 28 years.
Ise Kadoya Beer is a brewery that challenged itself to make craft beer in 1997, building on a heritage of miso and soy sauce brewing that dates back to the Taisho era. Based in Ise City, Mie Prefecture, it has released a wide range of beers, from core products to collaborations and limited editions. These two new releases also reflect the company’s accumulated brewing expertise and the breadth of its product development, which balances bold moves with careful restraint.
