Evolve Beer&Kitchen reveals a tap list centered on Minoh Beer; Y.MARKET BREWING TTO on July 4 and 5
On May 27, Evolve Beer&Kitchen (Mukojima, Sumida Ward) unveiled a tap list centered on Minoh Beer. Y.MARKET BREWING's "Lupulin Nectar" is also on the lineup, and the venue also announced a Y.MARKET BREWING TAP TAKEOVER on July 4 and 5.
On May 27, Evolve Beer&Kitchen (Mukojima, Sumida Ward) unveiled that day's tap list. The lineup is centered on Minoh Beer, with a wide range from pilsner to fruit weizen, white ale, assorted bitters, IPA, and barrel-aged imperial stout. Y.MARKET BREWING's "Lupulin Nectar" is also included, making it an easy beer-pub-style tasting lineup.
In this day's list, MASAJI PROJECT's "SEYA!!", MUGICHA BITTER, "Kozaru IPA -Nitro ver.-", "Osaru IPA", and "Sansho W-IPA" all carried remaining-volume displays or notes indicating they were at the verge of selling out. There are still traces of last weekend's "Minoh Beer TAP TAKEOVER," so the lineup mixes kegs that have rotated in with ones that have only a little left. If there's a beer you want, it's probably best to get there early.
On the food side, the venue has prepared sashimi of red sea bream from Ishikawa Prefecture, an obanzai assortment, skewer-less negima, shumai with duck, mitsuba and fresh onion, teritama cheese spring rolls, butter chicken curry croquettes, soupless spicy tantanmen, beef-soup udon, and more. It also has MINATO's Curry red hot chicken curry and squid & garlic curry, plus sweets like matcha tiramisu, rich gateau chocolat, and house-made chocolate gelato, making it easy to fit a meal between beers.
In the post, the next beer event, "Y.MARKET BREWING TAP TAKEOVER" on July 4 and 5, was also announced. Head brewer Kaji is scheduled to visit on the 4th, and the anniversary event will be held on September 5 and 6, with the anniversary day on September 9.
