The beer pub Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, Tokyo, updated its tap list for service on April 5, the first weekend after its renewal. The two new taps were from Minoh Beer: "Mellow Lemon," a Session Hazy IPA, and "Rockin' Osaru IPA," an Imperial IPA. Alongside the venue's usual easy-drinking appeal, the lineup brought together two beers that let guests enjoy differences in aroma intensity and drinking satisfaction.

Today's TAP LIST for the day featured 11 beers in all. The selection ranged from light, refreshing pours including cold beers to options with firm bitterness and richness, making it easy to choose according to mood. For example, the lineup included Y.MARKET BREWING's "12 DA CAPO" [Kölsch], NEKO BEER's "Piru Nyaa!" [Pilsner], TOUCHDOWN's "Rock Weizen" [Weizen], APE BREWING's "10:30 -PM- (Nitro ver.)" [Coffee Stout w/Barrel Aged Coffee], HARVESTMOON's "Brown Ale," G-Brand Beerers' "Tokyo Mankai" [Fruits Sour Ale], VERTERE's "Iris" [Cold IPA], Johana Beer's "Kagayaki E7" [Cold IPA], and SAPPORO's "Black Label" [Lager].

The food side was also well stocked, with seasonal dishes such as boiled nanohana greens, deep-fried Spanish mackerel from Nagasaki with aromatic sauce, overnight-dried kombu-cured seseri chicken, and Minatoken's green-onion-loaded soy sauce ramen drawing attention. From a light first glass to something that pairs with a meal and even a closing drink, the menu makes it easy to build the night around the table.

Evolve Beer&Kitchen is an easy-to-use spot for relaxed drinking centered on taps and food in the Mukojima area, close to Tokyo Skytree. The shop's closed days are listed as April 6, 7, 13, 20, 21, and 27.
