Evolve Beer&Kitchen, a craft beer pub in Tokyo’s Mukojima neighborhood, is serving a varied lineup of nine beers. Leading the list is KOZUKOZU, a fifth-anniversary Brut Lager brewed by EVOLVE and Atsumi Peninsula Brewing. Its dry, crisp profile makes it a fitting house celebration beer.

The lighter offerings include Pilsner from HARVESTMOON, Frais Pils from Y.MARKET BREWING, and AWA from Brasserie Knot. Together, the Pilsner, French Pils, and Helles provide a chance to compare several interpretations of refreshing, pale beer styles.

For a tart and fruity option, SOUR TIME! Hinata-natsu ver. from Novoru Brewing brings Japanese citrus character to a sour ale and is listed as running low. VERTERE’s Osumunda offers a hazy IPA profile, while APE BREWING’s Mogitate -Sudachi-Infused ver.- combines a West Coast IPA with the aroma of sudachi citrus.

The list also includes Summer Sunlight from Pizza Port and Dark Mild -Nitro ver.- from FARMENTRY. The latter’s nitrogen service is likely to give the malt-forward dark mild a particularly smooth texture.

Beer is served alongside spice-focused dishes and comfort food, including shumai, Osaka-style ikayaki, curry, and desserts. Evolve Beer&Kitchen’s upcoming calendar also includes a Novoru Brewing tap takeover on November 22 and 23, making the pub a destination for drinkers who enjoy both rotating taps and food with a distinct regional touch.
