Kamakura Beer, based in Kamakura, Kanagawa, is promoting Father’s Day gifts ahead of June 21. In its official Instagram post, the brewery suggested beer as a gift and pointed to limited-edition beer, a beer-and-flowers set, and a set paired with Kamakura Ham products.

The centerpiece is "Chichikoko Beer," a Father’s Day premium beer brewed as a West Coast IPA. It is limited to 800 bottles and has 6.0% ABV, with IBU 50 and EBC 7. The brewery says it has brewed a Father’s Day beer for the first time in several years. Made with malt and hops only, the beer is described as a classic IPA with citrus-forward hop aroma, fruity notes, firm bitterness, and a dry finish.

The online shop also offers a premium gift set with Kamakura Ham Tomioka Shokai sausages, as well as a tasting set paired with a bright flower arrangement created by a local Kamakura florist. All sets come with a free original message card. For a brewery that brands itself as born and raised in Kamakura, the lineup reflects its usual emphasis on local food, flowers, and beer as a gift experience.
