Kamakura Beer has created “SH Ale Beer,” an original collaboration with Pharma Bridge, the operator of the British Antique Museum BAM Kamakura. The beer commemorates BAM Kamakura’s fourth anniversary and began advance sales through Kamakura Beer’s official online shop on September 23, 2026.
The base beer is “Kamakura Beer Hana,” a brown ale regarded as one of the brewery’s representative beers. Its roasted malt aroma and rich body are paired with the world of Sherlock Holmes presented by BAM Kamakura. With its deep brown color and pub-inspired character, the ale is designed to evoke the atmosphere of Victorian Britain while remaining rooted in Kamakura.
The label features Holmes in silhouette with his familiar pipe, accompanied by a London clock tower and magnifying glass. Its antique-style design makes the bottle itself part of the experience, bringing the detective theme into focus before the first sip.
