Nagi no Ne Brewing, based in Kushima City, Miyazaki Prefecture, has started taking reservations for its seasonal limited brew "SHIRANUI 2026." This batch uses fully ripe Shiranui from the Toi district. The brewery says it aims for a wine-like drink with a bright, fruit-forward aroma and a delicate drinking experience reminiscent of champagne.

The ingredients include Shiranui from Ishigami Farm, and the beer is described as bringing out a tropical nuance reminiscent of orange wine while making use of the fruit's concentrated sweetness and acidity. Rather than placing citrus character directly at the forefront, the beer's defining feature is said to be its balance of aroma and drinkability.

Reservations are being accepted via the QR code in the article or through the "SHIRANUI2026 Reservation" link in the profile. This round applies to reservations for direct-sales shop inventory, with release and shipping planned for around mid-June. Information for retailers carrying the product will be announced separately in a later post once finalized.
