Beers on Tap

- HEARTS UP! IPA / Repubrew (Shizuoka) 5.0%
- Described as "spring-colored, soft Hazy." It has the backbone of an IPA while aiming for a gentler drinking feel.
- Fresh-Pressed Beyond the Pacific / Ise Kadoya Beer (Mie) 5.5%
- Built around NZ hops, with an especially memorable description that lets you enjoy its lupulin character "in liquid form."
- Mojiko Kobumikan Baba Weizen / Mojiko Retro Beer (Fukuoka) 5.0%
- A herb-and-spice beer made with kaffir lime leaves. Its aroma moves from citrus to floral, and it stands out for its light, easy drinkability.
- STRUGGLE IPA "Peak" / Ise Kadoya Beer (7.0%)
- A revival IPA made with 10 hop varieties. Just as the description says it aims for the pinnacle of American IPA, you can expect substantial body and presence.
- Biscuit Hop / Minamishinshu Beer (Nagano) 7.0%
- A beer that balances toastiness and gentleness. As the name suggests, it is one to enjoy for its malt-derived biscuit character.

Marumugi is a small beer bar on the second floor of Ichibankan Building in Arakicho, Shinjuku Ward, and it opened in 2011. It is about a 3-minute walk from Yotsuya-Sanchome Station, making it an easy stop on the way home from work. It is the kind of place where you can linger over a seat and savor a beer carefully, or follow the daily-changing taps and choose a pour that matches your mood.
