In an Instagram post on September 1, Nomcraft Brewing introduced `Super Cool Cat`, a collaboration beer with Wild Cat Brewing from Busan, South Korea. The beer is brewed as a Japanese Cold IPA, with Adam listed as the brewer.

The release comes in at 6.0% ABV, 40 IBU, and 2.7 volumes of CO2. The grist uses North Star pils, while the hop bill includes Hallertau Blanc, Elani, Nectaron, and Simcoe. Nomcraft also added white koji and yellow koji. According to the brewer's note, fermentation starts with sake yeast and then beer yeast is added later, aiming to combine sake-like aromatic character with a crisp, dry finish.

Tasting notes point to juicy grape, farmhouse, and citrus impressions. Suggested pairings include grapes, a cheese plate, and grilled fish. The beer is built to be bright and dry, but with enough aromatic depth to keep each sip layered.

Nomcraft Brewing is based in Aridagawa, Wakayama, in a renovated former nursery school. The brewery has built its identity around drinkable beers and the idea of community-making through craft beer. `Super Cool Cat` fits that direction well, linking Nomcraft's local roots with a cross-border collaboration.
