Setouchi Brewery announced on Instagram that it has updated the guest tap lineup at Riverside 351. The latest connection is "Kijō Gold" by `@kotobuki_brewing` in Takatsuki, Osaka Prefecture.

In the post, "Kijō Gold" is introduced as a craft beer made by a sake brewery with 200 years of brewing history. It explains that the beer is designed to ferment wort with sake yeast to bring out aromas derived from sake, and that it also incorporates the idea of kijoshu by adding junmai sake during fermentation to emphasize sweetness and fruitiness.

The tap selection also involved `@bestbeerjapan`, and the post notes that it was chosen from a network covering more than 300 breweries nationwide. It is worth paying attention to this pint not only for its beer style, but also from the perspective of distribution and service.

As a weekend event, a "Super Uchinuki Festival" is scheduled for March 27 to 29. The announcement says that if the tap you ordered happens to run dry at just the right moment, everyone in the venue at that time will be treated to one half-pint each.

Based in Takamatsu, Setouchi Brewery promotes beer making rooted in the climate and culture of the Setouchi region. Its official website also says it operates a taproom and shop where guests can enjoy souvenir bottles on weekdays and draft beer on weekends, and this new guest tap addition should further broaden its appeal as a place to drink.
