Nutori Brewing, based in Kawaguchi, Saitama, released its new canned beer, "Saison Nutoriinu," on June 27. According to the brewery's posts, the beer is a collaboration with VTuber Ameline S. Moreau and uses Nelson Sauvin hops. The brewery describes it as a saison with a floral, white-wine-like aroma and an earthy, refreshing finish.

The release was paired with a special food menu under the theme of "today's shin menu." Among the dishes highlighted was chicken braised in beer, a plate designed to bring out the richness of the meat through plenty of beer in the cooking process. The brewery also introduced limited items such as steamed hamilton? (honkbinosu clams) from Chiba cooked with the new beer, along with rice balls topped with seaweed, making the pairing experience part of the release itself.

Nutori Brewing has built its identity around beer and food in Kawaguchi. "Saison Nutoriinu" fits that approach well: it is not just a collaboration beer, but one that invites drinkers to consider how saison character and meal pairing work together. For fans of the style, the Nelson Sauvin-driven aroma and the brewery's food-first presentation make this a release worth checking out.
