Two days of beer, food and music
The Sumida One-Coin Oktoberfest and Sumida Gibier Festival will take place on Saturday, October 17, and Sunday, October 18. The venue is Kinshi Park Fureai Plaza, and the event will run from 10:00 to 20:00 on both days.
The festival focuses on craft beer that can be enjoyed at one-coin prices, alongside a range of drinks and food. Beers from Sumida and breweries across Japan will be available, while game cuisine and other dishes provide food options for visitors. The event is held alongside the Sumida Street Jazz Festival, allowing guests to enjoy music while sampling beer and food.
Four beers from Pecora Beer
Pecora Beer will serve its “Mugi Kaoru Lager” as a one-coin menu item. The brewery will also bring three house-made beers selected with food pairings in mind. A tasting flight will be available as well, giving visitors a way to compare several styles in one visit.
For Pecora Beer, whose brewery and beer kitchen are based in Kawasaki, the festival offers an opportunity to present its beers alongside a broad range of dishes. Visitors can explore how the lager and the brewery’s other beers work with game cuisine and seasonal festival food.
With jazz, craft beer and food gathered at Kinshi Park, the two-day event offers a relaxed way to enjoy an autumn weekend in Tokyo. Further details are available from the official Sumida Street Jazz Festival website.
