Nomcraft Brewing introduced its limited collaboration beer "TIKITIKI BOOM / Chiki Chiki Boom" with Repubrew (Shizuoka) on its official Instagram. The style is Juicy Weizen, with an alcohol content of 6.0% and an IBU of 35. The malt bill uses wheat malt light, IPA malt, and flaked wheat, the hops are Idaho 7, Santo, and Dolcita, and the yeast used is Weizen Yeast.

At the core of this beer is the banana- and vanilla-like character derived from Weizen yeast. Layered on top of that is a juicy orange-like aroma brought by modern hops, resulting in a beer with low bitterness and a smooth drinking experience. The official tasting notes also use the expressions tropical banana, vanilla, and orange, showing that the goal is a fruit character that is vivid but not over the top, with clear contours.

The pairing suggestions are easy to understand as well. It goes well with shrimp mayo, honey mustard dishes, and even vanilla ice cream, making it a beer that works equally well with both meals and dessert. Nomcraft Brewing, which brews in a renovated former nursery school in Aridagawa Town, Arida District, Wakayama Prefecture, has also been working on community building as an international team centered on people who relocated to the area. Given that background, this collaboration release clearly reflects Nomcraft's signature enjoyment of combining styles.
