P-144×Citraba brews anniversary collaboration beer with NOMCRAFT Brewing
P-144×Citraba said on Instagram that it brewed the second beer in its first-anniversary project with NOMCRAFT Brewing in Wakayama. The beer is scheduled to be unveiled at the venue’s anniversary event on August 7 and 8.
P-144×Citraba, based in Ikebukuro, visited NOMCRAFT Brewing in Aridagawa, Wakayama, to brew a collaboration beer as the second release in its first-anniversary project. In the Instagram post, the team said both the shop manager, Yuka, and the company president had long admired NOMCRAFT Brewing and had been hoping to work together for some time.
The post also notes that talking on site, at the brewery where the beer is actually made, helped them better understand NOMCRAFT’s strengths and the atmosphere of the team. For a venue like P-144×Citraba, which already centers craft beer and food pairing, this kind of hands-on collaboration fits its approach well.
NOMCRAFT Brewing’s official site says the brewery operates out of a renovated former nursery in Aridagawa Town and is working on town building through craft beer. That shared emphasis on place and community gives the collaboration a clear backdrop.
The beer is planned to be introduced at the venue’s first-anniversary event on August 7 and 8.
