Event details

Nomcraft Brewing said on Instagram that it will appear at the first MIO Ikora Night, held over two days on Aug. 7 and 8 at the JR Wakayama Station central exit rotary area and nearby spaces. The event runs from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A station-front evening market

According to the post, the event is aimed at people stopping by after work or after an outing. Visitors can expect food trucks, dining booths, drinks, local food, sweets, and eat-in seating. The format is meant to be easy to enjoy for families, friends, or even solo visitors.

From Aridagawa Town

Nomcraft Brewing is located in Aridagawa Town, Wakayama Prefecture, where it brews in a renovated former nursery school. On its official site, the brewery describes itself as an international team of relocators working on town-building through craft beer. Its lineup spans hop-forward American styles and classic styles, with a focus on approachable, drinkable beers.

Two days, partly different lineup

The brewery also noted that some of the participating vendors will change between the two days, giving visitors a reason to come back on both dates. For Wakayama beer fans, the station-front setting makes this an easy opportunity to pair local food with craft beer in the evening.
