Craft Beer & Wine THE DODO HOUSE in Meguro has released its tap list for Tuesday, April 28. Because this is the eve of a holiday, the bar will be open from 5:00 p.m. to midnight, and it will be closed the following day for the holiday. Although reservations have made it busy, the shop says there are still seats available, so it looks like an easy place to stop by after work.

There is one new tap today. COEDO Beer's 'Kyara' has been added, creating a lineup that neatly showcases the character of Japanese breweries. The seven beers on tap are:

- COEDO Beer 'Kyara'
- Johana Beer 'Kagayaki E7 (Kagayaki Extra Seven)'
- Daisen G Beer 'Scottish Ale'
- Minoh Beer 'Saruyama Shikao'
- Nanshu Beer 'Oguna Cask Red'
- Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing 'Doctor's Weizen'
- Noboru Brewing 'Warau'

'Kyara' is a perennial favorite known for its slightly reddish color, grape-like aroma, and crisp bitterness. Add in the personalities of the Scottish ale, cask red, Weizen, and IPL-style beers, and the tasting range is wide. Rather than pushing with sheer strength, the lineup stands out for its mellow malt character and easy drinkability.

THE DODO HOUSE is a beer pub that features craft beer and wine. It is easy to stop by from around Meguro Station, and it works well both for people who want a proper drink and for those who only want to sample a glass. If there is a beer that catches your eye, it may be best to head there early.
