Nutori Brewing taps two new collaboration beers with Nagahana and Aohashi Ame
Nutori Brewing in Kawaguchi, Saitama, announced two new beers for June 24. The lineup includes “Ichikai,” a gose made with composer and arranger Nagahana, and “Saison Nutorine,” a Nelson Sauvin saison created with illustrator Aohashi Ame.
Nutori Brewing in Kawaguchi, Saitama, said it would tap two new beers on Wednesday, June 24. Both releases are collaborations, and both are designed with summer drinking in mind.
- Ichikai (gose)
Made with composer and arranger Nagahana. Nutori describes it as a summer beer with the saltiness of Atami salt, plus a tart and briny profile.
- Saison Nutorine (Nelson Sauvin saison)
A collaboration with illustrator Aohashi Ame. The brewery highlights a bright, white-wine-like aroma and an earthy, refreshing finish.
Nutori Brewing is based in the Kawaguchi West Exit area and pairs house-brewed beer with its own style of hearty food. On its official site, the brewery says it has been brewing in a 50-year-old apartment building since February 2021 and uses local Kawaguchi water for its beers. That background helps explain why the brewery’s lineup often feels local, hands-on, and food-friendly.
This latest pair offers two very different takes on warm-weather drinking: one leaning salty and sour, the other aromatic and crisp. For fans following Nutori’s taproom output, it is a compact example of how the brewery uses collaborations to widen its range without losing its neighborhood character.
