VERTERE to Open New Daikanyama Taproom on July 17
Okutama-based craft brewer VERTERE plans to open a new taproom at TENOHA Daikanyama on July 17, 2026. The venue will pour eight draft beers and also offer light food and canned beer for retail sale.
A New Base in Daikanyama
VERTERE has announced plans to open VERTERE Daikanyama Taproom at the Forestgate Daikanyama TENOHA building in Tokyo on July 17, 2026. The new venue will serve eight draft beers and also sell light food and canned beer.
Opening at TENOHA Daikanyama
TENOHA Daikanyama is described as a hub for circular community initiatives centered on sustainability and the environment. VERTERE says it will work in step with that concept, bringing beers brewed in Okutama to a new setting in central Tokyo.
About VERTERE
VERTERE is a craft beer maker based in Okutama, western Tokyo. The brewery has produced more than 200 beers across a wide range of styles and has built a strong following around its taproom experience. At its Okutama taproom, visitors can usually find 10 taps pouring draft beer in a natural, mountain setting.
The brewery has also expanded beyond its home base in recent years, opening taprooms in Eifuku, Tachikawa, and Yokohama. The Daikanyama opening adds another place in the Tokyo area where drinkers can encounter VERTERE’s beer closer to the city center.
What to Watch
The company is also recruiting opening staff for the new location. With VERTERE continuing to broaden its taproom network, the Daikanyama site will likely draw interest from both long-time fans and beer drinkers discovering the brand for the first time.
