Brewpub Center Point to Hold a Meat Day-Only Slider Burger Event on May 29
Brewpub Center Point in Nakazaki-cho, Osaka, will host a slider burger event on Friday, May 29, "Meat Day." Guests can enjoy low-and-slow smoked brisket and pulled pork paired with craft beer brewed in-house.
At Brewpub Center Point in Ukita, Kita Ward, Osaka, a slider burger event tied to Friday, May 29, "Meat Day," has been announced. The stars this time are brisket and pulled pork, both staples of American BBQ. The concept is to casually enjoy Texas-style BBQ, slowly smoked at low temperatures, as mini burgers.
The brisket burger is a simple build of green leaf, brisket, and onion balsamic marinade. Served as a dip-into-the-sauce style burger, it puts the meat’s presence front and center. The pulled pork burger combines coleslaw, pulled pork, and jalapeño, with an emphasis on balancing sweetness, heat, and acidity. Orders start from one burger, and two value sets will also be available.
The shop is a brewpub where you can enjoy craft beer brewed on site together with Texas BBQ. The post also includes takeout information: meat starts at 1/4 pound for 1,400 yen, and beer starts at 800 yen for 500 ml. Draft beer is also available by the liter: if you bring a carbonation-safe container, 1 liter costs 1,600 yen, and filling a pressure-resistant PET bottle is 1,000 yen for 500 ml.
The tap list for the day includes Shuchinikurin Pale Ale / American Pale Ale, Robust Porter / Robust Porter, Aoi Momo Nigai / Hazy IPA, Haru Ranman / American Wheat Ale, Nighthawk / Amber Weizenbock, Little Giant IPA / Micro IPA, and MK Imperial Gose / Imperial Gose. Bottle beers Pale Ale and Robust Porter were also listed.
The shop is located at 2-5-8 Ukita, Kita Ward, Osaka City. It is about a five-minute walk from both Nakazakicho Station and Tenjimbashisuji 6-chome Station, and the short distance between the brewery and the dining area is another hallmark of this place. This Meat Day limited event looks set to be a day that expands both the ways beer is enjoyed and the ways meat is enjoyed at the same time.
