The lineup includes “KOZUKOZU,” a Brut Lager created by Evolve in collaboration with Atsumi Peninsula Brewing. Swan Lake Beer’s “Koshino Rice Koshihikari,” brewed with Koshihikari rice, offers a crisp Lager option suited to food pairing.
