The beer pub Beer Cafe Gambrinus / BEER CAFE GAMBRINUS in the south exit area of Kokubunji Station announced its business information and tap list for Monday, March 23, 2026. Hours are 17:00-25:00 (food L.O. 23:00, drinks L.O. 24:00).

The highlight of the day is the two kegs marked "now on tap" in the post. One is Baird Beer’s Angry Boy Brown Ale, and the other is Hiroshima Neighborly’s Hiroshima Hinode Lager (Amber Lager). It’s a lineup that lets you compare a malty brown ale and the toasted character of an amber lager on the same day.

In addition, the lineup remains strong, spanning breweries across Japan from Miyazaki, Tokyo, Kyoto, Shiga, Kanagawa, Ishikawa, Wakayama, and Nagano. With styles ranging from saison and IPA to hazy and porter, it’s easy to choose according to your mood. Czech Pilsner Urquell is also on tap, making it a solid first pint centered on a classic lager.

On the food side, new seasonal dishes using ingredients like firefly squid, new onions, spring cabbage, whitebait, and turnips were added all at once. From light starters to richer hot dishes, the menu pairs well not only with saison and IPA but also with brown ale and porter. It’s the kind of service day suited to quietly enjoying the diverse styles of craft beer together with seasonal dishes.

As a preview of what’s coming, the shop also announced planned additions such as Gambrinus 12° [Pilsner], Bernardo Dark 12° [Dark Lager], plus Baird Beer, Black Tide, and Craft Bank. What makes the shop’s updates interesting is that you can see not just the taps of the day, but what’s coming next too.
