At Beer Bar Marble, "Beckoning Cats" is tapped, and Mya Brew's new WCDIPA arrives
At Beer Bar Marble in Tenpaku Ward, Nagoya, the new release "Beckoning Cats" from Mya Brew has been tapped. Centered on a WCDIPA made with eight kinds of hops, the bar has released a tap list featuring five draft beers from the same brewery. It is a lineup worth attention for the season, when you want to take your time and enjoy aroma and bitterness.
The beer pub Beer Bar Marble in Uedaminami, Tenpaku Ward, Nagoya, Aichi, shared its latest tap information in an Instagram post. The star this time is Mya Brew's new release "Beckoning Cats". The style is WCDIPA, and the alcohol content is 8.5%.
The post explains a design in which eight kinds of hops are dry-hopped in two separate stages, highlighting a clear gold color and a bold West Coast-style aroma reminiscent of pine and grapefruit peel. With hop layers including Chinook CGX, Strata, and Riwaka, the bitterness builds as you keep drinking. The balance from wheat malt and the dry, crisp finish are also key points.
As of that post, the draft lineup consists of five all-Mya Brew selections.
- Beckoning Cats (WCDIPA)
- Sunny, Sometimes Kabosu (Farmhouse ale w./KABOASU)
- Dande-Myawn (Golden Ale)
- Holy Ground Mizuho (Wheat Ale)
- nyight ニャイト (Schwarzbier)
From the hop-driven new release to the light golden ale, the soft wheat beer, and the roasty schwarzbier, the appeal of the day is being able to compare styles within a single brewery. In a calm, community-rooted atmosphere, this is a satisfying lineup for craft beer fans who want to take their time exploring different styles.
