The lineup included Routine from B.M.B Brewery in Miyazaki, -ASAMOYA- Asamoya from NUDE BEER in Kyoto, Hamayan no Weizen from Gahaha Beer in Koto-ku, Tottei from Shirosuzume in Kagawa, Strawberry Sour Wheat from TIELS Brewing in Shizuoka, and a keg of Orion Draft Beer, also from TIELS Brewing. The selection covered a broad range of styles, from Cherry Cola Sour Ale and Session Hazy IPA to a melon-infused Fruit Weizen, Amber Ale, Strawberry Sour Wheat, and Pilsner.
No new taps were opened that day, but several beers were running low, making it a good opportunity to finish a favorite before it disappeared. The next beers in reserve included Muga Muchu from Shiga Kogen Beer, Japanese Pear Weizen from Sankt Gallen, Ordinary Bitter from Locobeer, and Color Girl from B.M.B Brewery.
The bottle and can selection also featured hazy labo beers: Waimea QDH Hazy IPA, Tropical Fusion, First Light V5, and Peacharine V2. AJB (Anglo Japanese Brewing Company) had also supplied barrel-aged bottles of Elegant Barley and Brett Sour for drinkers looking for more distinctive, mature flavors.
The evening coincided with the pub’s regular collaboration event with Jiji-san no Oudon. Guests could enjoy chilled udon topped or flavored with fresh sudachi from Tokushima, along with pork-mixed udon and three types of tempura. The combination of bright citrus, satisfying noodles, and a diverse craft beer list reflects the relaxed appeal of GOOD CONDITION STAND.
