Tap lineup

Evolve Beer&Kitchen, a beer pub in Mukojima near Tokyo Skytree, is known for keeping Minoh Beer on tap. In its August 6 post, the shop updated a lineup marked with new pours, low-stock items, and beers close to selling out. The new pour is KOMPAS / Minoh Beer [Fruits Saison], described as a plum-driven saison.

Other taps include Can I Kick It? / Uchoten Brewing [Czech Pale Lager], SAYAKA / B.M.B Brewery [Wheat Ale w/Hebesu], Zela / VERTERE [Pomegranate Sour], Throw back / Y.MARKET BREWING [Dark Mild], HEY, PORTER / G-Brand Beerers [Robust Porter], Kanmuryo / Ushitora Brewery [Session IPA], Glide Drive / NORTHISLAND BEER [West Coast IPA], Tropical Heat Gaze / Kyoto Brewing [Tropical IPA], HOME TOWN ALE - Nitro ver. - / U.B.P Brewery [English Pale Ale Nitro ver.], and Black Label / Sapporo [Lager]. The range runs from lager and saison to sour, porter, and IPA.

New arrivals and food

Fresh arrivals also include Pool Cooler (lemon version), Watermelon Gose, and Firelight, all from West Coast Brewing, plus Super Fresh, a collaboration with Inkhorn Brewing. The beer list is broad enough to cover lighter pours, hop-forward options, and darker styles.

The kitchen backs it up with dishes such as madai carpaccio, fresh wakame namul, chilled pork shabu with summer vegetables, and crab-claw cream croquettes, plus curry and desserts. It is an easy place to pair a wide beer selection with a full meal in Mukojima.
