The beer pub Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Tokyo, will be open from 17:00 to 24:00 on April 3 and will update its tap list. After its pre-opening, the shop is continuing to improve its layout by connecting the counter into a single line and revising the lighting, with the goal of making the space more user-friendly.

The highlight of the day is a lineup with a wide range of styles, including Y.MARKET BREWING's "12 DA CAPO" (Kölsch), NEKO BEER's "Pils Nyaa" (Pilsner), TOUCHDOWN's "Rock Weizen" (Weizen), and APE BREWING's "10:30 -PM- (Nitro ver.)" (Coffee Stout w/Barrel Aged Coffee). In addition, HARVESTMOON's "Brown Ale," G-Brand Beerers' "Tokyo Mankai," Shiga Kogen Beer's "SNOW MONKEY IPA," VERTERE's "Iris," Oni Densetsu x POGO x Karakuri's "Shishigami Oni IPA," Johana Beer's "Kagayaki E7," and SAPPORO's "Black Label" are all on offer, creating a lineup where you can choose from crisp lagers to aromatic IPAs and dessert-like dark beers.

The food menu includes snacks such as lightly pickled celery, mixed namul, low-temperature simmered gizzards, bonito with chive sauce, and salt-sauce stir-fry, plus two kinds of curry and desserts. Beer is the centerpiece, but the appeal of the place is that it pairs just as well with a light drink as it does with a proper meal. It is the kind of refreshed lineup that makes you want to stop by for a few drinks after work, or settle in and drink slowly with food.
