GOOD HOPS, which is based in Tono, Iwate Prefecture and also researches hop cultivation, development, and processing technology, has shared its taproom information for April 11. This weekend's hours are 11:00 to 18:00 (last order 17:30). Against the backdrop of Tono's hop culture, the lineup reflects the maker's perspective directly in the glass.

The highlight is the new IPA "Tono no Kaze", released last week. It is described as having a refreshing finish that lets you clearly experience the character of "No Wind", a new hop variety developed in-house. In addition, the rare hop Murakami Seven-based "MURAKAMI SEVEN IPA" and "MURAKAMI SEVEN LAGER" will also be on tap in limited quantities. Starting this week, canned sales of those two beers will also begin, with a purchase limit of up to two cans per person.

The tap list is as follows.

- MURAKAMI SEVEN IPA
- MURAKAMI SEVEN LAGER
- Tono no Kaze
- The Classic Hops
- Lupulin Season
- Cheerful Nectaron

Food offerings include mixed nuts, edamame, French fries, fish and chips, and more. Beer prices start at 650 yen for an M size and 1,100 yen for an L size, and non-alcoholic options are also available.

GOOD HOPS is a brewery based in Tono City that is expanding the possibilities of Japanese-grown hops. It continues to make beer centered on new hop varieties and locally grown hops, and that direction is clearly reflected in this taproom announcement as well.
