Minoh Brewery releases special "Osaru" Weizen label for Shinsuke Kibito exhibition
Minoh Brewery in Osaka's Minoh City introduced a special "Osaru" label tied to Shinsuke Kibito's solo exhibition at Hue Coffee Roaster in Tanimachi 4-chome. The limited-run Weizen is available during the exhibition period.
Minoh Brewery, based in Minoh City, Osaka, has introduced a special "Osaru" label to mark artist Shinsuke Kibito's solo exhibition. Kibito created Minoh Beer’s familiar monkey character, and the brewery says it has worked with him on many projects over the years.
The new label was made for the exhibition at Hue Coffee Roaster in Tanimachi 4-chome. Inside the bottle is Minoh Beer’s Weizen, presented as a limited-edition release with a look that differs from the usual Osaru label. The brewery says quantities are limited, so availability will be narrow.
According to the post, the beer can be enjoyed in the café during the exhibition period, while takeaway is offered only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Founded in 1997, Minoh Brewery has long described its beers as "daily beers," and this collaboration fits that idea well by bringing together beer, art and coffee in one setting.
