From Minoh Brewery in Minoh City, Osaka, comes the spring/summer seasonal beer 'Kozaru IPA.' It is brewed each year as the little brother of 'Osaru IPA' and has once again been crafted as a session IPA that strongly highlights the citrus aroma of American hops.

The body is light, with a finish designed for a crisp aftertaste. At 4.5% ABV and 32 IBU, it is a beer aimed at balancing lively aroma with easy drinkability. The hop bill includes Columbus, Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade, Citra, and Amarillo, drawing out fruity aromas and a refreshing drinking experience.

Minoh Beer is a brewery born in Minoh City in northern Osaka, and it has continued making unfiltered, non-heat-treated beer. Another hallmark is its product lineup that values the seasons, and this 'Kozaru IPA' follows that tradition. The label features a 'tiny monkey' motif, giving it a distinctly Minoh feel as well.

It will be sold in 330 ml bottles and kegs. Sales to restaurants and liquor retailers will begin in stages from around May 14, at the directly operated WAREHOUSE from May 14, and at the official online shop from 5:00 p.m. on May 17. For anyone looking for a light, easy-drinking IPA as summer approaches, this is a release worth checking out.
