Nomcraft Brewing, based in Aridagawa Town, Aridagawa District, Wakayama Prefecture, is a brewery that sends out beer from a brewery renovated out of an old nursery school. On its official website, it promotes "town building through craft beer" and continues to make a wide range of beers, from hop-forward American styles to classic styles.

In its currently available online store, new releases include The Beast, Banana Kick, Moonbow Sheep, NOMCLASSIC WEIZEN DOPPELBOCK, Habano Noir, Bear Down, and JUSO XPA. Among them, The Beast is a Hazy Triple IPA created in collaboration with Brew Beast Brewing in Iwate. The experimentally used yeast brings out pineapple character, which develops into fruit notes reminiscent of citrus and stone fruit.

Banana Kick is a Banana Weizen, as the name suggests, made with banana. Its defining features are a rich banana character and a creamy orange impression, supported by the softness typical of a wheat beer. The lineup also spans a wide range of styles, including Weizen Doppelbock, Imperial Brown Ale, West Coast Pilsner, and Extra Pale Ale. Nomcraft's character comes through not only in its hop-forward aromas, but also in its emphasis on malt character, fruity nuances, and classic drinkability.

While staying rooted in the local setting of Aridagawa Town, the brewery has consistently broadened its expression through collaborations and limited releases. This new group of beers can be seen as a lineup that shows where Nomcraft Brewing stands now, as it continues to balance drinkability with individuality.
