Kagoshima's Ash Head Brewery in Kirishima City has teased a new release in its "LOCAL HARVEST" series, which uses local ingredients. This time, a Belgian White made with tankan from Kishira Retreat will be previewed in advance at TOORINIWA on Sunday, May 24.

Although the post has not yet revealed the new beer's name, it says the release is scheduled for next week, with full details to be announced later. Based in Kirishima City, Ash Head Brewery continues to make beers that highlight the area's climate and ingredients, and this one is drawing attention as a brew featuring local citrus.

Also on the day, Mr. Yamamoto, who handles snacks at Manzen Sake Shop's standing bar, will be in charge of the food. The menu includes:

- Cream cheese mixed with dried fruit
- Mikan white aemono
- Tomatoes in light broth
- Sweet-and-savory chicken liver stew
- Green curry

Food will be served until sold out, and payment is cash only in a cash-on system. TOORINIWA, the venue, is located in Kokubu Chuo, Kirishima City, and the event looks set to be a chance to slowly enjoy beer and food as spring turns to early summer.
