Evolve Beer&Kitchen Taps Y.MARKET IPA and Shiga Kogen Nitro, Plus a May Biryani Event
At the beer pub Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, Tokyo, Y.MARKET BREWING's IPA and Shiga Kogen Beer’s nitro pale ale have newly been tapped. In May, the venue is also promoting biryani and curry, along with weekend events centered on Minoh Beer.

At Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, Tokyo, the tap list and weekend event announcements as of May 14 were made public. True to a place centered on craft beer and spice dishes, both the beer lineup and the food menu were updated at the same time.
On that day, the newly tapped beers were Y.MARKET BREWING's "Over Drive IPA" and Shiga Kogen Beer’s "Draft Pale Ale - Nitro ver.-". The tap list also included HARVESTMOON's "Pilsner," Minoh Beer's "Pilsner" and "Session Black IPA," NAMACHAん BREWING's "Itsumo no, Nama.", Y.MARKET BREWING's "Over Drive Pale Ale," DD4D Brewing's "Marmalade Man," Totopia Brewery's "Glitchphobia," and SAPPORO's "Black Label." The selection ranges widely from lager to IPA to dark beers, making for a lineup you can enjoy comparing.
On the food side, items such as "seared tsumuburi with grated daikon and ponzu," "house-made bitter melon kimchi," and "Kagoshima-grown sweet corn tempura" were added, and MINATO's Curry now also offers "Red Hot Chicken Curry" and "Squid & Garlic Curry." The menu is set up not just for beer on its own, but for pairing beer with food.
As for events, the monthly "BIRYANI & CURRY DAY" will be held on May 16 and 17, with this month's biryani being "rib-tip cartilage biryani." It will be served in limited quantities each day.
