Nutori Brewing in Kawaguchi, Saitama, is set to release a new canned beer called Saison Nutoriine on June 27. In its Instagram post, the brewery says the beer was created in collaboration with VTuber Ameline and brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops, aiming for a bright aroma and a refreshing, easy-drinking finish.

The brewery describes the beer as a saison that pairs well with food, making it a strong candidate for a table beer as well as a standalone drink. The label design is also part of the appeal, suggesting that the release is meant to be enjoyed as a package of flavor, appearance, and collaboration.

Nutori Brewing has been brewing in a converted 50-year-old apartment in Kawaguchi since February 2021. According to the brewery’s official site, it works with small tanks to produce a wide range of beers, and the attached space also serves food and other community-oriented projects. That local, hands-on setup gives this collaboration a clear sense of place.
