July brings a revised taproom schedule and weekly beer releases
Yellow Monkey Brewing, which operates in Nakagawa, Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama, says it will update its taproom operations from July. The brewery will return to a two-day weekly closure on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, pause weekend morning service for now, and switch opening time to 11:00. The goal is to devote more time to brewing, product development, and making the taproom a stronger food-and-beer destination.
The company frames its mission as connecting people through beer and sports, and describes its brewery as a living brewery where people can drop in and feel the energy. This latest operational reset fits that approach: more time behind the scenes, and a more deliberate experience in the taproom itself.
At the same time, July will bring a steady run of new releases:
- Sat, July 4: TSUZUKI
- Sun, July 12: Barrel Aged Imperial IPA
- Sat, July 18: HOMARE
- Sat, July 25: ChaChaCha
The post also notes that Saturday, July 11 will be a private booking day, with no regular service. For YMB, July looks set to be a month of both operational tuning and frequent fresh pours.
