Shiga-based Nito Brewing (TWO RABBITS BREWING COMPANY) listed its seasonal beer "GOSE WITH SAKURA-MOCHI" online on March 3, 2026. Made with salted cherry blossom leaves and hibiscus, it is a spring beer that layers the aroma of sakura mochi with the gentle acidity and saltiness characteristic of a gose.
Nito Brewing's new release, "GOSE WITH SAKURA-MOCHI," appeared as the March installment of the company's "Hanafuda" label project, which began in 2026.
