Nomcraft Brewing (Aridagawa Town, Arida District, Wakayama Prefecture) has unveiled a new beer to commemorate its 3rd anniversary, "3rd Revolution / Third Revolution." According to its Untappd listing, the style is American IPA, the alcohol content is 7.5%, and the IBU is 52. In the post, it was introduced as this week's release and positioned as a DHTDH IPA.

Nomcraft Brewing is a brewery that brews in a base renovated from an old kindergarten and is working on town-building through craft beer. Its official website says the project began with the ideas of Adam and Ben, and that after their encounter with Aridagawa Town, they have continued making beer together with the local community. Today, the brewery remains an international team made up entirely of relocated residents, pursuing easy-to-drink beers with a focus on hop-forward American styles as well as classic styles.

This "3rd Revolution" can be seen as a beer that marks a milestone in Nomcraft's journey. The word "Revolution" in the title feels like more than just the name of a new product; it suggests an updated version of the challenges the brewery has taken on so far. For beer fans who want to fully enjoy hop aroma and bitterness, this release looks like one to watch for its distinctly Nomcraft character.
