According to a post, it is brewed with rice from local farmers and offers a lively hop aroma, firm bitterness, and a dry finish, along with a soft sweetness derived from the rice. The alcohol content is 5.5%.

The current draft lineup consists of five beers. In addition to Shima Brewing's COLD IPA, there are Mya Brew's "GOse WOMEN / Contemporary Honey&Lemon Gose," "Seichi Mizuho / Wheat Ale," and "nyight / Schwarzbier," plus "sakura paw pads / Hazy Sour Ale" from Let's Beer Works × Akebono Brewery × Mya Brew. The selection ranges from sour styles to hoppy IPA, wheat ale, and schwarzbier, giving you something to choose based on your mood.
