The Grafton Beer Pub & Restaurant, located in Nishi-Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, is a basement beer pub with a calm atmosphere, equipped with both table seating and counter seating. Including the TVs inside, it is a place that naturally captures the everyday life of a pub, from casual visits to sports viewing.

In its April 6 post, the bar introduced a 14-item lineup as Today's Craft Beer & Cider on Taps. On the guest draft side, Hansharo Beer Osake Man IPA was tapped, making the lineup centered around a hop-forward pour.

The tap breakdown included staples such as Guinness, Heineken, Hoegaarden, and Magners Cider, along with domestic craft selections such as Sankt Gallen YOKOHAMA XPA Real Ale, Ikari Brewing Irish Red, Ikari Brewing Scottish Brown Real Ale, Coedo Brewery Marihana, Teenage Brewing SHOHEI Zen IPA, and Human's Beer SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER. In addition, more distinctive options such as Sure Shot Shh. . It's Just Magic, Sheppy's 200CIDER, and Amberd Pale Be Back were also on the list, making it a day with clearly defined comparison points for beer lovers.

On the food side, the lineup included steak & kidney pie, fresh oysters (Ofunato, Iwate), falafel, skipjack tuna tataki salad, thinned melon achar, rigatoni with gorgonzola sauce, and pork offal stew curry, offering a broad range from classic British pub snacks to lighter vegetable dishes and more filling plates. These should pair well with IPA, real ale, and darker pours alike.

The post also mentioned a broken projector and plans to replace it. While keeping the video setup in good shape, the bar continues to deliver its tap updates day by day, which is very much in keeping with this place. If you're looking for your first drink in Gotanda, this day's mix of staples and guests is one to remember.
