The Brewery's Strength Gives the Project Its Credibility
Moji Port Beer Workshop (Fukuoka) is a brewery that emphasizes unheated, unfiltered beer and small-batch brewing of 700 liters per run. Using a design that switches between German and American hops, multiple types of malt, and yeast, it has built its identity around traditional European styles.
Because of that craftsmanship, even a character collaboration does not end at something that is merely "good-looking"; it extends into the beer itself and the dining experience. The lineup built around Moji Port's specialty yakicurry is also a fitting approach for a locally rooted brewery.
