Craft Beer Joins a Shopping Street Event

Moji Port Beer Workshop let people know on Instagram that it will take part in the "Late-Blooming Cherry Blossom Agehai Festival" held at Kurosaki's Kumade Gintengai. The event runs for two days, from April 24 to 25, 2026. According to guidance from Kitakyushu City, visitors can enjoy freshly fried specialty food from each shop and special highballs at the venue, while a stamp rally around the shopping street and a raffle will also be held.

A Range of Moji Port Classics and Limited Editions

Moji Port Beer Workshop is a brewery based in Moji Ward, Kitakyushu. On its official website, it introduces core beers such as Weizen, Pale Ale, Sakura Beer, and Pilsner, along with a limited Yuzu Wheat Ale. Its appeal lies in offering flavors long loved locally as well as seasonal limited-edition products.

A Good Match for the Festival

The Agehai Festival centers on the fun of "eating and walking" across the entire shopping street. With Moji Port Beer added to the mix, the lineup focused on fried foods gains another way to enjoy the event through craft beer. For Moji Port Beer Workshop as well, it should become a place to serve its pride-and-joy beers at a shopping street event where local residents gather.

This project makes it easy to enjoy food and drinks in downtown Kitakyushu. Moji Port Beer Workshop's participation is worth watching as a move that adds the presence of craft beer to a local event.
