The beer pub Himalaya table in Uchikanda, Chiyoda City, Tokyo, announced on Instagram that it will open from 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 28. Closed on Sundays and public holidays, the shop is known as a place where you can enjoy Nepalese food alongside craft beer, and it is a relaxed spot within walking distance of Kanda Station.

The post that day also introduced the draft beer selection. The lineup included Minamishinshu Beer’s anniversary beer Hima Bitter, Y.MARKET BREWING’s Inabu Vintage (Dortmunder), Brasserie Knot’s MOON -DOUBLE IPA-, Minoh Beer’s Blooming IPA, Nara Brewing’s DAYLONG (Pilsner), Minamishinshu Beer’s Apple Hop <Kogyoku>, Swan Lake Beer’s Golden Swan Lake Ale, and Baeren Brewery’s Rye Beer, for a total of eight beers.

The styles are broad as well, ranging from Dortmunder and Double IPA to Pilsner, Ale, and Rye Beer. It is a lineup that makes it easy to choose, whether you want to enjoy a strong hop aroma or are looking for an easy-drinking pint.

Another appeal of Himalaya table is its homey atmosphere, where you can relax with Nepalese dishes as a snack while drinking. Paired with momo and spiced dishes, the individuality of each draft beer would likely stand out even more. It is the kind of place worth checking out when you want to spend Saturday’s early hours drinking craft beer at a leisurely pace in Kanda.
