SanktGallen thanks visitors after day 2 in Ebina

SanktGallen Brewery, based in Atsugi, Kanagawa, posted on Instagram to thank visitors who came to the second day of EBINA CRAFT BEER FES 2026. The post also noted that Yokomizo, a former SanktGallen staff member and now the owner of Machida brewery Alnilam, came by to help on site.

According to the brewery's official website, SanktGallen describes itself as a "the original local beer brewery." It began brewing in the United States before craft beer production was legalized in Japan, and later launched the current company after Japan's microbrewery era began in 1994. The brewery continues to focus on ale-style beers while releasing seasonal and limited brews.

The Instagram post also outlined what is coming next: Atsugi JAZZ Night on August 20-21, the release of Fresh Hop IPA on August 26, and appearances at events such as Beer Fes Yokohama 2026 and Keyaki Hiroba Autumn Beer Festival in September. It also highlighted ongoing projects including the taproom, Park Brewery at Park Hyatt Tokyo, and 800°DEGREES CRAFT BREW GARDEN in Newoman Yokohama.

The message reads less like a one-off event recap and more like a snapshot of a brewery that keeps moving between local festivals, limited releases, and on-premise collaborations.
