Big Hand Bros Brewery in Kyoto to Hold 3rd Anniversary Event at Chiekoin on April 3
Big Hand Bros Brewery, which brews in Nishijin, Kyoto, will hold an event at its Chiekoin Taproom on April 3 to celebrate its third anniversary since opening. In addition to serving its special brew, the beer "Diamond," a guest piano performance is also planned.
Big Hand Bros Brewery, which began brewing in Nishijin, Kyoto City in 2023, has announced an event to celebrate its third anniversary.
According to an Instagram post, the venue will be Chiekoin Taproom. The event will be held on Friday, April 3, from 17:00 to 22:00, with last orders at 21:30. In addition, regular business will also be open from 11:30. On the day of the event, live music by Canadian pianist Austin Nash Park is planned, and the head brewer will also be behind the bar from 17:00.
The commemorative brew being introduced is the session IPA "Diamond". With 4.5% ALC and 25 IBU, it is said to feature a grassy, lively drinking character along with tropical aromas reminiscent of passion fruit and mango. As the centerpiece of the anniversary event, it is notable that real meaning has been placed in the beer itself.
